RETURNS + REFUNDS

At The Tee Dealer, all of our products are made to order. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or ordering the wrong colour or design.

we will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your order is lost in transit

if there is an issue with your order

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Please note that these decisions are entirely made under our discretion.

Please ensure you check the size chart carefully before placing your order, as we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect size selection.
